Things politicians ignore…

I am personally writing this page to express to Arizona voters and to all of America that this nation as well as Arizona, has many hard hitting statutes unlawfully created which violate our rights and they must be addressed. jlmealerdebate-o

This is not an attempt to belittle law enforcement or the honest men and women who serve to protect our individual freedoms. Having a wide group of friends in both the military service and our public service in various forms of law enforcement, I can vouch that not all, law enforcement officials work their dangerous jobs with ill-intent towards the public regarding the issues I am now opening for discussion.

What many people do not realize is that somehow a variety of government agencies who have strong ties to specific judges and prosecutors and they are given the (anti Constitutional) ability to make a claim against any private property and then seize that property. These agencies can do this under the much abused forfeiture laws.

This gets scary because it can happen to anyone at anytime, for any reason. If local or federal authorities claim someone whether known or unknown has committed a crime on an expanding list if crimes, in your home or on your property (even rental property) they can seize it. Nationwide, the rule is that law enforcement agencies and the personnel themselves can make 80% or more of the seized assets (with and without any charges or convictions), while the prosecutors in the case receive 20% or more.

rambo2According to the Institute for Justice:

“In Arizona, law enforcement personnel have a strong incentive to seize as much property as they can since they receive 100 percent of the funds raised through civil forfeitures. Even more troublesome, Arizona law enforcement can use forfeiture revenue to pay the direct salaries of personnel.*1- Arizona took advantage of its broad forfeiture statutes by collecting more than $64 million in forfeiture revenue in a mere four-year period (2000-2003). Arizona also received over $35 million in equitable sharing revenue from 2000 to 2008, although these numbers may overlap to some extent, as it is not clear whether equitable sharing revenue was included in responses to freedom of information requests.”
[*1-] Keller, T. & Wright, J. (2004). Policing & prosecuting for profit: Arizona’s civil asset forfeiture laws violate basic due process protections (No. 198). Phoenix, AZ: Goldwater Institute.

Regardless of whether any law enforcement agency is corrupt or acting in the interest of public safety, the Asset Forfeiture Laws must be eradicated or at the very least, contained to only convicted criminals with the basis for forfeiture narrowed greatly.

This discussion is not necessarily about the millions of children and adults who have been trafficked in the slave trade, but another often ignored form of trafficking of the worst kind, government sponsored human trafficking. stallonethompsonsub

While Child Protective Services appears to be a solid agency which helps children and families in need, the truth of this run-away ‘non-elected’ bureaucracy is that they seem to miss the people who really need the help while nabbing children from good homes. When the various state agencies funded by federal monies are working on a list of preferred children (it happens, not always, but it does happen) who are easily adopted, they are also doing their job and taking needy children from abusive homes.

One such case that should be made public, nationwide is the case of the Kayla and Hannah Diegel, sisters who have been kidnapped by the Phoenix Children’s Hospital for what can only amount to research for a rare genetic disorder. Their mother, Melissa Diegel, actually has a court mandated gag order to prevent her from discussing this case. This is one of many cases.

Some people have asked me if these cases are connected to the Affordable Care Act which gives us 11,000 pages of mandatory health care rules and regulations and I have to wonder what exactly is in the connection between the elected-elite, big pharma and medical care. It can’t be an honest association.

Last I heard, Americans own their rights to be healthy or to not be healthy. While the ACA might have some good points, the over-all evil of being forced into anything outweighs the good, 1000 to 1.

In another campaign, a lady told me, “Obamacare is akin to being raped, yet having to pay for it in monthly premiums before, during and after the assault.”

Side note: The ACA creates multiple classes of US Citizens and non citizens and violates the 14th Amendment’s Equal Protection under the law clause. If any elected official had legal standing, they could wipe the law away due to this fact.

The families affected by the all-to-often abusive CPS practices rarely see a courtroom until long after the damage has been done and the children are removed and placed in a juvenile facility as if they are convicts of some sort. We often read reports in the news of foster care givers abusing and killing those children they are paid to foster.

Not all foster parents are bad, but those who are, are very bad usually to the point of murder.

This makes “saving the children” from abusive parents seem like a wasted cause. We can use private company oversight and I can show the country how we can afford that and more.

Simply put, We can and must do better.

Fast forward to the child’s 18th birthday, after years or decades of lower than average education and abuse by secluding them to what can only be called prison cells, many are dropped at the door steps of Homeless Shelters. These are oftentimes the people we see on street corners with signs and the homeless who we try to ignore.

Child Protective Services (known by a variations of names across the country) must have a publicly accessible oversight system. Laws that allow the agency to kidnap children from homes without a court hearing –where the parents are present prior to the act– is a critical part of this type of state sponsored “child protection,” must be removed. The Bill of Rights cannot be ignored at any time and Due Process is a right.

Adult Protective Services and the lack thereof must also have a publicly accessible oversight system. I can guarantee that if I make it to the US Senate, no parent and no child will be taken from a caring home or nabbed out of their own homes when deemed incompetent, and placed into a “care facility.”

I would venture that 70% of these “care facilities” are nothing more than locations where thugs gather to abuse our parents and grandparents, brothers and sister. We see hidden cameras proving the abuse to us everyday in supposed supposedly well staffed retirement homes. The other facilities are usually funded by the state which takes money from the feds to locate and secure those who they deem as unfit to care for themselves. Thus, a quota must be reached because the more people they nab, the more money they make.

*I can name a few very good care homes for adults that actually treat them well.

Again- Oversight groups that are 100% publicly accessible.

Why am I so adamant about these issues?

Look around you. How many people who are homeless or addicted to drugs are from homes broken up by state agencies?

Why not ask a few of them to tell you their story?
Buy them lunch or take them a cup of coffee.

I should also mention that I know many good families destroyed by over zealous quota making CPS styled agencies and I should point out that my veteran father was denied proper care and refused compensation for back injuries received in the Korean War. Then, when he became a bit senile, the Maricopa County sheriff’s department nabbed him and stuffed him in the Mesa Christian Center where they starved him to death in three weeks.

Do I have a problem with the Sheriff’s actions? Not really, they were watching out for his safety, but the people who made the call worked within the “hospice” (he wasn’t sick) they placed him in.

If I am elected to the US Senate, this will never happen to another human being again if I can help it even if it comes down to me taking a phone call from a constituent and I must act personally because the victim requires immediate assistance. I plan to have a dedicated phone line, directly to me, open to the public for just this issue.

One more issue that most politicians ignore and yes, I am referring to Senator McCain and every one of Arizona’s elected representatives, most city mayors and other elected officials is ALLODIAL TITLE:

Allodial Title or private property held in allodium simply means absolute ownership. Think about that for a minute and realize that there are many things in your possession that you do not own according to thousands of anti-Constitutional statutes.

Odd thing is one of those statutes removes your personal ownership to your own health according to the ACA rules.

If you pay re-occurring taxes or fees on an item, any item, including property and automobiles, you do not own them.

Re-occurring taxes… Hmmm… Do you recall the Supreme Court’s “ruling” about the ACA being a tax? No doubt, a lot of elected and appointed officials made a few bucks on that one.

We must remedy these situations one way or another and I will introduce legislation that provides Americans to actually own the many items they purchase just like we’ve always thought we had.

Corruption in the US Government and the various state, city and county governments is so rampant that we need a serious overhaul. Many of those elected to office actually agree and are waiting for my elected office to occur.

“Someone has to work for the people.”

Arizona Education from Mealer’s point of view.

Let’s face it, Arizona’s education system is fundamentally broken. Our teachers are underpaid. We have less funds going to classrooms than we’ve ever had before YET, we have more money going into the educational system. Odd? It certainly is, and the borderline criminal activity is rooted in the administration system of Arizona schools. Once again, politics proves itself with the “Good Ole’ Boy” mentality and Pay-to-Play scams that Congress rules over.

EDUCATION must be Arizona’s number one priority, or we will wind up in the same place 100 years from now. This website and Mealer Initiative 2014 explain how we can fund education and repair our great state.

Large industries are attracted to well educated adults.

Simple- A larger tax base (more businesses, more and much higher paying jobs, with new Arizona industry), less Arizonans requiring assistance, more individual spending, lower taxes, no private property taxes and we have more taxes flowing into the state. Then we get to work on realistic budgets and reviving our great state. We’d also do well to capitalize on becoming the first state to utilize Arizona’s perfect soil and weather to capitalize on an untapped industry of Industrial Hemp. hempworldGROW

Teachers deserve a large pay increase and there’s no sense in arguing this issue if you are not or have ever been a teacher. We simply need the funds to make it happen. Schools must be allotted more funds to better teach our children, however, we should regulate in a stricter sense what funds go to the governing boards and administrators to squander on annual retreats. In my opinion, school boards and many under performing administrators making large six figure incomes are a disgrace to the public school system and they need review and reassignment. I’d like to see local communities end the glorified and overpaid secretarial positions of board regents and administration in our school system. Hopefully, they will see where the waste is going to and listen to the parents of the under educated children. That being said, well paid, contented teachers are instrumental to the future of our children.

Before I go into the usual diatribe regarding K-12 schooling, whether public, private, charter or distant learning, (they are all public by the way) let’s discuss higher education. I believe in forming what an be considered a State Bank for Education. Arizona would work closely with new industries and investors found around the state. We turn to this system where the state bank charges zero interest while it maintains an easy ‘pay as you’re employed’ program. If we continue on the same $50K of racked up debt for a basic college education, we’ll wind up with the same broke working class and inventive entrepreneurial class of people trying to maintain education loan payments. We have a much better choice, and my Omnibus plan from my 2014 Gubernatorial run adds to all of Arizonan’s choices for work and career.

Common Core, as with No Child Left Behind, is a destructive method of education because it holds more advances students back. We must rid ourselves of Common Core and create higher standards for Arizona children. Our children take on a vastly different category of “students” when compared to many other states. Our education system must represent and teach to our diversity so that all children wind up with the same education.

Differentiated instruction [NCAC] was brought to my attention by a very qualified, *dual Ph.D –yet grossly underpaid– teacher in my local district. She’s a rancher and one of the “real people” the TV interviewers rarely pick up in regards to education discussions. I realized that she was hand serving me the very discussion I was trying to explain. Arizona is diverse, our children learn at different rates. This must be accounted for with all teacher-student based programs and accounted for whenever a “teacher-student success” bonus is considered. We should cater to every student’s strengths and interests, and make certain they are hooked on what they learn. We should encourage and quite possibly help students develop new strengths and skills which allow for a better retention of knowledge. This should not be a political position — just good teaching practices.

I strongly urge teaching students from Kindergarten through their 14th year (associates degree) if they choose. Oftentimes, our youth need those extra couple of years of career orientation to decide the path they will take, OR, they may wind up severely struggling like all of Arizona has been doing for the past 100 years.

No education system can exist without funding, but it’s nice when Arizona is so prosperous that we can refuse Federal Funds and and federal control. Especially if it means we are out in front where we should be. Our goal is becoming a self-sustained state. Not because we need to be, but because we can. Let’s show the rest of the nation what Arizonans are capable of.

We can do better here at home.

Personally, being forced to do or buy anything that we neither want nor need is criminal, but this act as done through an antiConstitutional twist in tax collection. Sure, individuals and families needs healthcare insurance, but being forced to buy it (even if we already have it) should roil our blood. Even though, the groups who made this into law and have committed gross malfeasance, fraud, bribery and breach of oath of office along with a few other High Crimes and Misdemeanors, and the ‘statute’ is technically nullified due to the criminal activityLets make it work and put the special interest groups and the corrupt lawmakers in the hot seat. You will love this solution on many levels.

The scope of destruction of the Affordable Health Care Act (ACA) of 2011. is hitting home on both individuals and employers. We are beginning to reap the results of this new Law with unknown rules. Albeit the rules for care are way over rated and actually deadly in many cases, we are going to discuss full coverage for any and all diseases we may encounter or already have. That’s the way Congress and President Obama promised this heap of a law which was written then and is rewritten daily at the whim of the special interest groups who control politicians.

Mealer Care” is a term used facetiously and not in a serious manner.

Rather than waste time fighting a losing battle in court over a federal law that was passed by Congress, Mealer has a defined, easy resolution that will save Arizona tax payers millions right off the top.

Even though no American should ever be forced to buy anythingread what has been easily formulated to make this work for Arizonans.

It is obvious that our country has lost practically any chance of gaining individual fulltime jobs with these huge costs on employers backs. Sure, health insurance is nice, but most businesses will be forced to cut employee hours and push the cost of an insurance policy to the employee who will either fall into the Medicaid andsinglepayersystem, or they will live in poverty working part time.

Underemployment (parttime jobs) actually account for close to 85% of Arizonas workforce once we remove the military and government employees from the equation. The rate climbs ever more drastically when business owners, who are also the workforce for their own enterprise, are removed from the count. Our state will fail in the next halfdecade under current conditions.

Arizona employment levels are at the bottom of the heap, ranked 45th with 7.9%. Of course we know that the 7.9% is actually an incomplete percentage of unemployed Arizonans because so many people have stopped looking for work.

The projected costs of the Affordable Health Care Law (aka Obamacare) runs around $20,000 per year per person, with certain family members covered, so dont misunderstand these numbers, but those rates are ludicrousAnd weve not yet covered the huge deductibles for the more seriouslydesignatedsickindividuals let alone those who are healthy.

With the ACA causing employers to cut their employees hourly work week to thirty hours or less, so they can avoid paying for health insurance at $500 per person (or more), our economy will tank out in 2015 when the law runs full force. Add that to Dodd-Frank, NAFTA and GATT and the pending TTIP (Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership) and free enterprise and America’s wealth is done.

This issue is not only about whether we want to be forced to purchase our own health insurance or be forced to pay a fine. It has everything to do with Arizonas (and Americas) future as a state (and nation) where we actually turn a profit without government mandates running our personal lives.

As Governor; within the first week of taking office, I willofficiallyask all licensed Arizona insurance carriers to consider being the first company to accept ourfree enterpriseproposition to provide a full Seven Million Arizonans with full coverage health insurance at $75 per person, per month (OR the companies can work it out with each other and share). The $75 monthly fee would include a percentage of the funds to be applied to dental insurance as well. Arizona will pay no more than $75 per person.

Let me explain how we can afford to do this…

The offer is already on the table and Insurance companies are planning to step up to close the deal if I make it to office. Either that, or one very smart individual will create his or her own Insurance Company strictly to make this deal.

The first company to accept the offer will have the very large deal of $525 Million per MONTH (7,000,000 x $75) or $6.3 Billion per YEAR. Employers will kick in a portion of the funds and increase the amount if push comes to shove, but Arizona may absorb the employees cost if need be, simply because of our huge kick in taxable revenue from the Omnibus program, our added jobs boost and your spending sprees. The insurance company who takes this deal will not be struggling by any means. All new Arizonans above the 7 mill mark, will wind up paying the same $75 whether the state absorbs the cost or not.

The Mealer Care insurance cap is already adone dealand not just a talking point or hypothetical situation. Sounds incredible, but read how and why this will happen in the next few sentences. This about Government working for the best interest of the people and not vice versa.

The following are facts and logic presented with legal details on issues that neither the IRS, nor the HHS, nor Social Security may want to accept, even though this plan will be saving the federal government billions of dollars from both the Social Security fund and Indian Health Services (IHS) related Treaties.

As a couplewho has worked under US tax guidelinesmaking between them, roughly $88,000 per year will have paid approximately $120,000 in FICA/SECA and Medicare taxes which are placed into the Medicare program. Normally, you would use three times that amount over the retirement era, so the current version of Social Security was actually a decent deal. Until it became bankrupt.

Mealers plan is also about replacing the need for those under Social Security (Medicare) to draw from the funds they have paid intotheir account,” and the funds that future generations will be paying into Social Security, so they may instead apply it to these new insurance payments. We expect to get these retirees a refund and in most cases it will range between $100 to $200 per month. Not bad for someone living on a fixed income and the new insurance coverage will be better. There is more to learn and we must view this from the overall picture.

Those of us who have worked in the US and have paid our FICA and SS taxes, will have paid, by retirement, roughly $60,000 into Medicare coverage. Our insurance costs under Mealers Program will be $900 per year. If we retire at 65 and live another 25 years, we will have paid $18,000. for Mealers Program insurance (whether we bill the feds or not). Over 25 twilightretirement years, this is a difference of over $42,000 in savings for the federal government and Governor Mealer will expect at least a portion of these funds be returned to you. Keep in mind, we will have saved the Federal Government billions of dollars and there should be no problem with a large refund for every Arizona resident who has paid their FICA and SS taxes over the years, regardless of what state they worked in.

Those who have not worked and paid in, will obviously not have the same dollar amount in the federal Social Security coffers and they will not be entitled to anything above what they have paid in.

This same principle applies to health coverage for our Native American neighbors (existing treaty costs are quadrupled at minimum) as to our retirees living under Medicare benefits where their individual care was prepaid should receive a refund* from the federal government. The range of refund should be between $300 to $700 per month (or even more), depending on how the federal Trust Funds apply this approach and whether the Federal Government will adhere to their treaties. The US Government saves Billions of dollars by working this Mealers Program plan out Arizona style versus the very poorly run IHS system.

Military families will also be covered with the choose your doctor health care versus military grade, ‘grind it until you find it’ style of care. No offense to military doctors/dentists, but being honest, the care you offer American soldiers is not top grade. They can do better in the private sector.

*Regarding Medicare and based on FMAP and other new US Codes within the Affordable Health Care Act.

Its all part of the contract you signed up for and Governor Mealer expects to strike up a deal with the federal government under this very simple and cost saving approach and return your funds to you when you need them most. This is most certainly a plan that will be challenged, but we have the Law, common sense and incredible savings for the feds on our side.

Who doesnt want the added cash in their bank account? Or you may return all or a portion of it to the Federal Government and help take care of the huge hole in Social Security.

What this amounts to is placing the special interest Insurance Companies in their place.

Ms. Drettmann of the NRA,

Your organization is wrong in denying me fair nonpartisan representation to complete your Candidate Questionnaire in order to be publicly graded/rated by the NRA.

I expect my questionnaire this week and you should probably get one to Barry Hess, the Libertarian (and other candidates who have worked hard to gain ballot access), so we may all complete it. Keep in mind, it is the NRA that just violated the law and jeopardized your tax exempt status, while intentionally causing a me harm. The Arizona liaison for the NRA evidently has the NRA’s backing and I have his response attached below.

All I want is a fair chance to have a legit rating by the NRA in regards to my absolute “Shall not be infringed” stance.
I expect the NRA to follow the law and to allow it rather than to back the criminal enterprises known as the Democratic and Republican parties.

Americans certainly do not need ‘deal makers’ when it comes to our Bill of Rights and that is what the NRA has become… A sell-out. NRA founders, Wingate and Church are rolling over in their graves with your scandalous partisan behavior and your position to allow some violations if it keeps the tyrants at bay.

Being a Constitutionalist and a realist with the law, I must conclude that these acts of bribery by offering an NRA ‘positive rating’ in exchange for future kick backs and favors is both anti-American and illegal. As far as I know, I am the only 100% pro-Second Amendment candidate who has responded to you and requested a rating.
